Cancellation of Consultation Services:

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation service with Growth Leela, please follow these guidelines:

Cancellation Timeframe: You may cancel your consultation service up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a partial refund, subject to our discretion.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation of Training Programs:

For our training programs, including live sessions & courses, please review the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeframe: You may cancel your enrolment in a training program within 24 hours of your payment. After 24 hours, you can only claim a refund after the program concludes and prove to an acceptable degree that you did not received any significant value for the training program to receive a full refund excluding 18% GST.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the program's start date may result in a partial refund, subject to our discretion.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the training program without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Requesting a Cancellation:

Refund Process:

Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. All legal claims are subjected to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad.
